What is the secret of EVOO? Between the sea and the mountains, between the Cardó-Boix mountain ranges and the Ebro Delta, the climate, land and the skill of the creator fuse together with innovation, effort and perseverance to bring Oli Coll de l’Alba EVOO to life.

 
Raw
materials

Hundred-year-old olive trees nourished by a mild climate, a special soil and our delicate treatment and innovation to produce our premium extra virgin olive oils in a sustainable and organic way.

The
varieties

Sevillenca, Morruda and Farga. We preserve and promote the native varieties of the Baix Ebre, producing single varietal oils full of nuances and culinary potential.

The production
process

Cultivation, production and storage of the oil in our cellar. We control the whole process from start to finish to obtain the best EVOO. We treat the olive trees all year round. We harvest the olives at their optimum point of ripeness. We carry out cold extraction to preserve the organoleptic properties and the components of high nutritional value. And we store the oil in our cellar, where we keep it away from its main enemies (oxygen, light and temperature).

The
packaging

Finally, we package the oil in opaque bottles in sizes adapted for the different uses which ensure the consumer can make the most of the organoleptic potential of every oil.
