The EVOO “terroir”

The objective is to delve deeper into the aspects determined by the unique “terroir” of our single varietal oils with an olive oil tasting for professionals in the olive cultivation, catering and food industry.

The experience consists of a tour of our olive groves and facilities and a guided tasting of the oils from the most recent Oli Coll l’Alba harvest. It can be tailored to the specific professional interests.

We also offer olive oil tastings for vocational training schools, offering the possibility of experiencing a sensory analysis of the EVOO and exploring all the culinary possibilities offered by an organic product produced with haute cuisine in mind.
